Rates and Reservations
Here you will find all information about the current rates and availability of Natuurvilla Malaga.
The villa has been the place where we live and work for more than 20 years. We only rent out the villa when we have to go abroad for a longer period of time, so that others can also enjoy our house.
In addition to being a holiday home, the villa has now been used for group training, seminars, all kinds of workshops and, for example, a yoga week. In addition, recordings have even been made for commercials and TV programs.
This year (2024) the villa will be available from May 20.
The rental period can start any day of the week.
Because we have noticed that some guests would like to come for an extended weekend or a short midweek, we have changed the minimum rental period to 4 days.

Extra information
- Smoking is not allowed inside. Pets are not allowed. Open fires are prohibited from June 1. All beds are twin beds and can therefore be split into 2 single beds. For a longer rental period, the house and swimming pool can also be cleaned during the stay for a fee. If desired (small children), the main gallery can be used. The swimming pool can be closed off by two gates
Reservation and payment conditions
When booking, we ask for a deposit of 50% of the rental price. The remainder must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within 8 weeks of the stay, the total rental price must be paid in one go. In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before the start of the stay, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of cancellation within the period of 8 weeks, no refund of the total rental amount will be made.
We therefore recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
Guarantee
The deposit is 750 euros. You must transfer this amount together with the (rest of) the rental amount. If you leave the house in good condition and no damage is found, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after your departure.
The villa is officially registered as a Vivienda Rural under number VTAR/MA/02156.
