The villa
The villa, built in classic Andalusian style, is located at the end of a 600-meter-long private road and stands on a finca of 13,200 m2.
The surroundings
The view of the Mediterranean Sea, the white villages, the beautiful valley with the Viñuela reservoir and the surrounding mountains of the Sierra Tejeda and the Montes de Malaga is breathtaking.
The only sound you hear on the finca is nature.
Just a few minutes by car (4 km) are two villages with all amenities, from banks to healthcare, from supermarkets to nice restaurants.
In less than 30 minutes you can be on the beach of Torre del Mar and enjoy the sea, the restaurants and the beach bars (chiringuitos).
And if you want to visit one of the famous Andalusian cities: Malaga is 55 minutes drive away, Granada just over an hour, Ronda and Cordoba about 2 hours, and beautiful Seville 2.5 hours.
The living room
The heart of the villa is the large living room (66 m²) with its three-meter high patio doors to the partially covered terraces and the natural stone-clad saltwater swimming pool (6 x 12 m).
The height of the living room is overwhelming and gives you the feeling of freedom.
The kitchen
The large semi-professional kitchen (33 m²) is fully equipped.
There is, among other things, a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, a microwave, a steam oven, a dishwasher, an ice machine, a refrigerator with freshness zone and ice cube maker, a blender, a bread machine, a Nespresso machine, a mixer, a citrus press, a coffee maker,
and..... an amount of seasonings that will make any cook happy.
In addition to a TV room (17 m²) on the ground floor, there is an extra guest toilet and an extensive library with Dutch and English books on both landings of the loft.
The first floor
On the first floor to the left of the loft is bedroom 1 (23 m²) with a twin bed (one double bed or two single beds) and a French balcony.
There is bathroom 1 en suite (10 m², with toilet, bidet, double shower and bath).
On the first floor, to the right of the loft, is bedroom 2 (16 m²) with a twin bed and a French balcony, which shares bathroom 2 (sink, shower and toilet) with a baby/children's room (12 m²).
The left side of the villa
Bedroom 3 (17 m²) with en suite bathroom 3 (sink, toilet, bidet and shower) and bedroom 4 (16 m²) with a French balcony are located in the left side wing.
Both bedrooms have twin beds, are connected by a passageway and have direct access to the terrace and pool.
The right side of the villa
In the right wing there is bedroom 5 (16 m²) with bathroom 4
(sink and shower) and a separate toilet and bedroom 6 (16 m²) with a French balcony and bathroom 5 (sink and shower) and a separate toilet.
Both bedrooms have twin beds and direct access to the terrace and pool.
Additional spaces
Under one of the side wings there is a recreation room (40 m²)
Terrace
On the side terrace (38 m²) you can enjoy the sunset every evening.
There is a gas barbecue for snacks.
At night
And once dark, the party can continue on the main terrace.
